In February 2018, CBC AMERICA LLC was established and succeeded all business of CBC AMERICAS Corp. CBC AMERICAS Corp. became a holding company that is the parent company of CBC AMERICA LLC, Broadsight Systems Inc, and CBC INGS AMERICA LLC.

In December 2018, the name of CBC AMERICAS Corp. was changed to CBC AMERICA HOLDING Corp.

2015

CBC relocated its North American Headquarters from Commack, New York, to Cary, NC (headquarters) and Mebane, NC (Production, Sales & Distribution Center).

 

2014

The company changed its name to “CBC AMERICAS Corp.” to reflect the company’s expanded business presence in South and Central America, further cementing its position as an integral part of the CBC Group, a global network of Import, Export, Trading, Distribution and Manufacturing companies, strategically located throughout the world.
